Terrible counter service! Unfriendly, aggressive, arrogant and impolite! We left so disappointed we will not return to any of the other franchises.
I was told by the manager that I could NOT receive a refund on a sandwich, that was made the night before because it was no on her shift!!! I called ( 4/14/18 5:30pm) she wouldn't tell me her name, because she thought I was going to complain to corporate. I still have the sandwich, along with my receipt... Bad way to treat customers after spending their money on a product that didn't live up to the expectations...
I was able to place an online order before you opened this morning so I would have a lunch on my break!!! The two.young men forgot my Dr pepper but made up for it by bringing me a large instead of a medium! Sweet hearts I'm tellin ya <3 thanks again!!!!
