This is our first time having hotpot and the experience overall was okay. I was displeased with the shrimp as it was not peeled or deveined. This is not ideal to do yourself. Some of the marinated meats were nice and others the flavors were not great. It’s a three star rating, because it’s all you can eat, the meal itself was more expensive than it was worth.
We've been coming for a long time. Sarah was our server and she was on point. We had large group and she handled service like a pro. She even gave our 2 year old a fist bump! Sarah set a high standard abd we will definitely hope to see her next time.
My Family and I went to the Auburn Hills location and we had one of the best experiences ever. Our waitress Sarah was phenomenal!She was very attentive to us and all of her other tables. She knew exactly what she was doing. She was funny. My mother was actually with me and to say it in a nice way my mother doesn’t always get along with the waitresses and she absolutely loved Sarah. It was my daughter‘s 10th birthday dinner only 5 of us went to dinner
