The food was very good however, one of my favorite appetizers there is the Oyster Rockefeller. Unfortunately, it was disappointing because the oysters were so small for 6 half shells at the price of $28. I've been many times before for that dish and this time is by far the worst. Its shell was loaded with spinach and a small piece of an oyster. My family member wanted to try it and that is when I discovered that there was barely a oysters in there. Oysters are small anyway...
We enjoyed Lelli's with 12 total guests occupying one of their private rooms. Server was attentive but the evening was long. They gave us space to talk but maybe just a little too much. We could have discussed with our server but did not realize the time until the end of the evening. Great meal, perfect setting for our large party. Food is always great, the zip sauce originated here but most people in our party elected fish. Appetizers were great especially the lobster escargot....
