Ate at the sushi bar by myself. It was pretty chill and relaxed. I got to watch the chefs make my sushi in front of me which was a little fun. They use fresh fish that you can see and fresh ingredients. The gentleman that made my sushi hasn’t worked there too long, but man was he great! The food was delicious. i come here so often, the waiters/waitresses recognize my family and i! ? it's a great place! down to the aesthetic of the dining room, cleanliness, and friendliness, it's perfect for lunch when visiting GLC! the sushi is wonderful there, too. the fish and other ingredients they use are top-quality and the freshest. it's definitely worth the money if you're willing to try.

This was my first visit. Hibachi chef was entertaining and funny. He interacted with us, as expected. Food was good. Servers checked in as needed.

Dietary restrictions: There was a "shrimp appetizer" which is just 2 shrimp with your dinner. I told them I don't eat shellfish and I was able to give it to one of the others in my party.
