My rating would be higher because I appreciate the options this establishment has to offer, however Ive noticed on several occasions that there are employees intentionally or unintentionally making the drinks very bitter and even watery. I normally do less ice or no ice but even then it seems disproportionately watery. I do normal sugar for the most part but when I get thai tea for example, unless I ask for 120 sugar it comes out very bitter. Please talk to your employees about...
