The server seemed overwhelmed and seemed unhappy to be working there. Not working hard for a tip. It took over 45 minutes to get our food! The ambience and food was good, but I can only give it three stars.
our server was vanessa and she was very, very sweet, very kind and personable! made my first time at rainforest cafe memorable and i would love to come again :o) REALLY GOOD FOOD TOO with impressive portion sizes....
I live 1 hour and some minutes away when I get to come out I alway stop at rainforest cafe the atmosphere is always pleasant and nice the staff always friendly this is the 2nd time I've had Genavieve as a server and she is just excellent, very fast and caring even let me switch to a different seat of my choice. The only downfall to the entire place is the Coca-Cola products are always flat in taste like watered down but other than that it's great, ordered a gorilla...
