Its changed a lot since covid, before it used to be a restaurant, but now it's where are you order at a kiosk and then picking up the food at a counter when your number is called. In many ways I like this better because it's relaxed, the prices are really good, it is kid friendly, unfortunately they don't have anything really healthy, it's mostly burgers and fries although they have chicken strips and Chili, they also have a grilled cheese sandwich for those...
I ordered the food on the steak and shake website it was so delicious! I highly recommend any steak but make it a double and get the milkshake for sure! The steak was melt in your mouth just so juicy and tender! The milkshake was great!
I had a $40 online order. They didn't even get the order correct; forgetting all of the sauces and giving us 2 burgers that were completely different from the ones we ordered. The food was good, albeit being incorrect.
On top of that, I asked for a couple of water cups when we pulled up. They charged me $1.59 for 2 cups tap water. No other fast food place does that, especially after you've paid $40 for an order that was messed up anyway. Sleazy business...
