“Stopped in the other night to pick up a burger for dinner. Had a rum & cola while waiting. There was two waitresses working, I delt with both, not knowing which one was assigned to my table. Both were very friendly & made me feel welcome, both were working hard but smiling the whole time. The burger I ordered was delicious and made the way I wanted. Thank you Auburn Hotel, I'll be back!“

“It's a McDonald's. But the workers here are very very nice and sweet!!! Seriously, I've never had a bad experience ordering here. One time I was having issues with the mobile app, and the staff were very helpful and patient. I have to drive from Midland to SVSU for classes and have started going to this location instead of others along the way because the service here is so much better and smoother.“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“We came in during family weekend at SVSU so it was a busy night - I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the staff was. From greeter to the bartender to our waitress Emmie - everyone was top notch and cared about our experience. We were very well taken care of - the service all around was excellent. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem the norm anymore in the restaurant business - but here it was!“

“I went to your drive thru on Thursday evening Sept. 5th and the 2 girls working the window area were amazing!! I didn't get their names but it was about 8:00pm. I just wanted to make sure they got some recognition!! thank you, Lisa (the one that asked for burgers in a box...and showed pics of our new puppies)“

“I just came through about 3:50pm and was cashed out by a man in the drive, I want to say his name started with a “K”. I just wanted to make sure he and his staff know he was great. I have been having a lot of bad experiences with the customer service end of business’s I go lately (most likely people just stressed & burnt out) but it was refreshing to connect with a patient and kind person. Who also seemed happy to be there. Thanks again! Also the food as always was awesome!“

“Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.
So... I Give her five stars.“
