Took quite a bit for our order. Was a larger order. We ordered a small chocolate shake & when we got it, there was VERY little to no chocolate. Tasting it, it tasted like vanilla & the lady was a little disgusted that we asked for a chocolate shake saying what she gave us was chocolate. She gave us another one that wasn’t much better.

Went in the drive-thru after the fireworks, so it's like 12:45am on July 5th and my group really just needed some sustenance. I felt awful making a big order with such short time before close, and was honestly expecting the food to not be very fresh. However, I was pleasantly surprised when everything came out perfect! It's a McDonald's. But the workers here are very very nice and sweet!!! Seriously, I've never had a bad experience ordering here. One time I was having issues with the mobile app, and the staff were very helpful and patient. I have to drive from Midland to SVSU for classes and have started going to this location instead of others along the way because the service here is so much better and smoother.
