Sadly I have to change the rating of this place. I had a couple bad experiences with this place recently. I looked the other way when my service was lousy recently. Then the corned beef hash breakfast started coming to the table with just a sniff of corned beef. Along with the hit and miss service. Today Dawn was my server. Never even asked if I wanted a water. Never checked on me. Could not believe it. Zero corned beef in the corned beef breakfast . Maybe a whiff like I said. Dawn has zero skills as a server and should expect zero tips.

Food is on point. Probably best around. However waitress is acts like she don't wanna be thier. Hard to get a refill on water unless you go ask for it. Once they get that figured out, it'll be a great place to go

So good- every time. Very affordable, like I can't even attempt to make it at home for the prices. Great service, every time. Great iced coffee, my personal favorite the white chocolate raspberry, and my go to meal is the corn beef hash for breakfast. You cannot go wrong. It's home cooked flavor with a comfortable environment. I always checkout thumb industries (the thrift store attached) after dining at cafe 53- the location makes it easy to pop into!

Cafe 53 catered our wedding in September and everything was amazing! They brought the bridal party a breakfast of muffins and mini quiches along with coffee when we were getting ready. Everyone loved the appetizers and buffet dinner at the reception. Jess was so good to work with and helped with some last minute options for a guest that had dietary restrictions. Highly recommend them to cater your next event!

Stopped here on a whim…and it’ll now be a routine stop! The food is affordable and very delicious. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Breakfast for two was under $20 and it was very filling! 10/10 recommend stopping here!
