“The employees at the bad axe location are great. Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Food leaves a little to desire, usually it's good, but the potatoes in the cheesy potato bowl 4/5 times I've gotten it were old, Luke warm and kind of chewy. Everything else has been good and made to order as requested.“

“they ran out of chili for my mobile order. which is a weird thing to run out of considering it’s made with beef patties from the prior day. but staff was more than accommodating by offering a full refund or any other side of my choice. great customer service!?“

“Probably the best subway in the thumb. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Sandwiches are made well most of the time. Seem to always be short staffed. But they do as well as they can. You can tell they genuinely care.

“I always get good service and high quality food, usually without any problem from this location. I am happy that it's back in Bad Axe as I was very sad when it left. They do better than a lot of the KFC locations around Michigan. Atmosphere is constantly dead, but that's to be expected post-covid“

“Purchased an XL New York style pizza for about $18. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant. The pizza was one of the greasier pizzas we’ve had but it was definitely like a New Yorker. The sauce was soild, and the crust and cheese were decent. Pretty good pizza for a corporation.“
