Didn't taco bell use to be cheap ? Not going to slam them, but 22 bucks for 3 steak chalupas, and a beef burrito. That's over 5 bucks each. I found a new street taco joint, and I ate like a king for 12 to $13. That left money for a tip. Sorry, sadly, won't be back. Staff was great, service was fast. Food was standard.
There was a long line because they were slow. They were rude when I asked for a drink carrier. They made us wait a long time but didn't tell us there would be a wait until after we paid. They forgot one of the tacos. The didn't put the cravings meals in the boxes. They cramped 5(was supposed to be 6) tacos, 3 chalupas, 3 fries, 3 burritos, 3 nacho cheeses and about 40 sauce packets in a bag so everything was broken and soggy. There is a young man mainly working the drive thru, that is above and beyond great. I didn’t catch his name, but he was going out of his way to help every customer. He wears glasses and has longer hair. His smile is infectious. And he definitely had a commitment to Customer Service. I work as retail manager, I would love to have him on my team. You definitely have Great Customer service Representative in him.
