ate here following a bookworm meetup at Retrocade arcade across the street a bit west...the food and service was amazing. huge burgers and the chicken piccatta was fabulous! looking forward to next visit. server was fabulous.
3 stars because the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
Deductions-
Smelled that great flame broiled scent walking in, then the burger wasn't cooked under a broiler, it was a basic grilled patty and a huge let down, the bun grilled, but it all came out to us cold, nothing piping hot. The mac and cheese tasted doctored with ranch, the sweet potatoe fries had cinnamon or such.
I noted the steaks, but wow, $40 for a steak.

We are from out of town and this Rachel’s was recommended. We were all delighted with the food, the service and the quality. The chef has the flavors perfect. Will come back here, definitely.
