First time here. Been wanting to try this place for a long time. Finally got to. My husband and I got fried mushrooms and burgers with waffle fries and onion rings. It was amazing. Our friends ordered a salad, a Monte Cristo and the got cheese curds and onion rings for appetizers. Everything tasted amazing. We will definitely be back.
This is an awesome spot to go get some grub. It is exactly what you would expect a small town tavern to be except it is exceptionally clean which is so refreshing. Both the men’s and women’s room is so clean. The service was great our waitress was hustling. Comparing the food to fine dining it is just okay but that’s not what you should expect when you come here.

We happened to find this gem while visiting the Thumb beaches and staying in Bad Axe.
It was luck that it was all you can eat fish that night.
She had the walleye. It was so good and lightly breaded to perfection delivered still sizzling hot.
