I had been dying to visit 876 for a long time, so when we were at our cabin for the week of the 4th we finally were able to go. My daughter and her little family, my husband and myself went in and immediately were disappointed. The place is beautiful and our waitress was outstanding!! That is the only good thing I can say. We've been here numerous times and have brought friends from all over and have always had a great experience. The atmosphere is layed back, the food and drinks are great, and the employees from the hostess, waitresses, bartenders, and kitchen staff are exceptional. No matter what you have going in the Baldwin area whether your passing through, visiting for the weekend or a local resident I highly recommend checking this place out...Order the smoked Old Fashioned you won't be sorry.
Not a great dining experience. 3 out of 4 of our meals, the meat was very dry. Duck and fried chicken breast. Also, I requested a couple of changes to my salad and it was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. The last time we had eaten there it was fantastic. We were very disappointed this visit, we will not be returning, it is too expensive to take another chance on a mediocre meal.
