I am a south haven local but this McDonald’s is better than the one in south haven and is my favorite to go to in southwest Michigan. The restaurant itself is not as fancy as south havens but they make up for it in other ways. Managers are nice and most service employees are friendly too. I am happy to share my experience at McDonald's. After making 62 trips around the Sun I have learned a thing or two about how to order from them. I always have the best food from McDonald's and wonder if everyone else is even close to experiencing the joy that I have every time I go.And I must mention because it has to be said that every time I go I get my food for half price because I always go online and fill out the receipt for the buy one get one offer on a quarter pound sandwich...read full review

It was a rough one when I came, I noticed they were out of a few things, like theor ice machine was broken and out (both lobby and their drive thru one) they were doing their best we can the day after 4th of July so it had probably been hectic the days before
