I don't understand how they have a 4-star review, so hopefully, this helps. Firstly, they can't keep up between online orders and in person customers. The food would be at subway level if you would get what you ordered. You usually don't unless you stand over them and watch. Their service is out right bad and has been for years. I personally won't be going back save yourself some time and money or pick a different subway there is a better one about 15 mins down the road.

Online ordered from them. It took 2 hours to deliver the food when the estimate was 30 mins. When I called to see the status of my order I was greeted very rudely and was told rudely that the order was done and then they hung up the phone before I could do follow up questions. I wouldnt recommend ordering from this particular location unless you have very low expectations and are ok with being disrespected.

Went in today but walked out. A family of four who were paying separately hogged the line. Even going so far as to distract the cashier about how much items cost. Really irked me to know that three workers were in there but only one was running the line. Least they could have knowledged someone else waiting in line but chose not to. Maybe the problem with bad customers is the workers make the bad customers!

By far the best subway in our area. Always fresh veggies and the staff is great too. Too bad the other stores in my area aren't this good. I drive over 30+ miles to get a great sub and service. Thanks

Three meat ball subs meat balls were hard old.and I asked for fresh ones when I called complain wouldn't make it right wouldn't put me in contact with management it was rude lazy ,pathetic service. The experience was the worst customer service and food quality ever .
