“This place was amazing - we had a party of 17 people with some last minute changes to our reservation and Round Barn accommodated what we needed to make sure we had a great time. Everyone in our party thought the food was fantastic, our server Morgan was amazing, and the manager was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We liked it so much we came back the next day for brunch and had just as much as a great time. We will definitely visit Round Barn the next time we are in town!“

I recently had a delightful experience at Applebee's Grill + Bar in Benton Harbor, Michigan! This family-friendly restaurant has clearly stepped up its menu over the years. With great food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a place worth visiting.

The food: I sampled a few dishes, including the boneless wings, fish and chips, and a cheeseburger, and I was impressed! The bottomless fries were a fantastic addition—always hot and crispy. Each dish I tried was enjoyable.

The service truly stood out during my visit. Our server, Kandace, was attentive and cheerful, guiding us through the menu and ensuring our drinks were always filled. Her positive attitude made our meal even more enjoyable—thank you, Kandace!

As for the atmosphere, the restaurant was clean, well-designed, and spacious, which made for a comfortable dining experience. It definitely feels like a place that caters to families, and in a community like Benton Harbor, Applebee's really shines.

Overall, my visit to Applebee's Grill + Bar was a great experience! If you’re looking for a kid-friendly spot that’s also enjoyable for adults to grab a bite, catch a game, or simply relax, this restaurant is a fantastic choice.

“I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Pulling up it looked really sketchy, like they'd been closed down for years, but the reviews were good so I figured we'd give it a try. We got dinner for 3 which was really good and so much food. Besides the 3 entrees it came with chicken wings, fried wontons, egg rolls, and soup. There was at least enough for 4 people, maybe even 5. And the prices were very reasonable. We'll order from here again!“

The shell was crunchy and flavorful, the dip was dip-tastic, and I enjoyed every piece of meat that fell on my plate. I also had the flavorful Mexican corn and tried the fabulous nachos! I appreciated the complimentary chips and salsa, but if I'm honest, the rice and beans that came with the birrias platter fell flat.The service was appreciated and great! We were greeted with love, and the menu was explained great! The server was amazing and made sure we were comfortable.The atmosphere was a little dark and flat. However, there appears to be some action going on at night at this restaurant, as there was a DJ Booth, Barbie picture setup, sombrero hats, and more to enjoy! I believe the time I came in was not a hot time slot.All in all, there were some really GOOD stuff at El Sol Azteca and some things that could be better. I'm grateful for this lovely restaurant!

The restaurant was hosting a fundraiser where they would donate 20% of the proceeds from the night to a local family who had medical issues, which I think is a great way to give back to the community! I love you guys and will always cherish our experiences and fun times we shared This is my third time around here. I would love to assure you, the Lakehouse has new management and owners. The new menu is phenomenal. This time around,you may also have a taste of Indian food incorporated as well. They have authentic Indian samosas, butter chicken, mango chicken that is served with rice and Naan bread. Also, everything is seasoned to perfection this time around. The ribeye is 16 ounces and cooked to temperature. We has an soft opening last week. Everyone was highly satisfied. We have had some locals come back that had an terrible experience and was satisfied completely. They're looking forward to dining with us in the future. There also will be an Mother's Day brunch to look forward to in the future and more. I'm excited to serve each of you all with great hospitality and a smile. If you've had an terrible experience, I guaranteed that will never happen again. Our new owners have several successful restaurants in Canada that are striving.
