They have great food but you can see the cutbacks because now we're the rib dinner. You only get one side used to get two

I've never really liked Applebee's because they've always been very skimpy on what they give me every time I've gone.
This Applebee's has changed my view. This is the best Applebee's I've ever been to. Food looked almost like the pictures on the menu. It was very good & our waitress was excellent.

I would definitely come here again.

We went for my granddaughter's birthday. She didn't believe me when I told her the staff would sing her happy birthday. It was so cute watching her face when the parade of staff came out clapping and singing. Our server was awesome and made sure she had a great birthday dinner. Thank you!

Had terrible service a week ago the whole dinner was a disaster!! Decided to give it 1 more try and can not say enough good things about our service . Ryan was our server he was on point from the beginning . Drinks arrived quick, food was perfect, he was amazing !!! The manager was amazing !!!

Always waiting for table, food, someone to greet.

No one can match Cory the bartender! My son and I literally come back just to have him as our waiter! He literally makes our day with his witty beyond excellence customer service. Honestly can say we come back just for Cory's boost of energy.

Very good food and service. I had my grandson with me, and they were very patient as they waited for him to do his own ordering off the kids' menu. It was busy but we didn't have to wait long for anything.

Went in, sat at the bar and had a beer. Bartender was kind and talked to our group while we were there.

Came curbside to pick up an order came home and food was cold and not cooked all the way through and the order was incorrect. When we initially called the lady who answered was rude and had a complete lack of customer service. I have worked customer service for years and have never treated any customer as poorly as I was treated. I used to love it here. This was so disappointing 😞

New manager at this location and she was Rock and roll the place tonight. She was cleaning, servings tables, talking to guests, etc ... She really turned this place around.
Mary the bartender was extremely busy and to have a manager who cares and helps out is what makes you to appreciate more and more.
Applebee's tonight was full and people was waiting to get a table. The place is doing much better wish is a good thing.

Visited this Applebee's a few days ago and we were very happy with our service and food. Our server Kori was funny, friendly, and amazing at checking up on us.
We tried to submit the survey on our receipt to recognize him but the website glitched. Hope you see the shout out on here Kori. You're the best!

Sharon the manager was helpful and great. A mistake was made and she corrected it to satisfaction with kindness. My boyfriend and I were pleased.
