Where do I start was waiting at the speaker for someone to take my order. I kept on saying hello like 3 times. Drove up to the window and the girl saw me but was ignoring me. I say there for another five minutes until I waved my hand in the air. She was already taking the person behind me order. I told her I was yelling hello in the speaker but she just said she didn't hear me which I knew was a lie. I ordered my coffee and while I was waiting on my order she kept giving me the side eye. I waited a total of 30 minutes! In the drive through! Just ridiculous! Shouldn't be ignoring your customers and also acting like you can't hear them! I felt she was just hoping I would drive off! The staff really need to have an orientation on how to be with customer service if they're going to work with the public and they don't like their job they should just get a place of employment in the factory

I love Biggby on Beckley Road. Every time I have been there the staff has always been super friendly and so helpful when I have questions about their food and drinks. I love their mocha frappee. Its the best.

Where do I even start? As soon as I walked in the place smelled DELECTABLE like I could eat the whole store. The girls were smiling, friendly, and very helpful. I got an iced vanilla latte and a peppermint mocha cold foam thing idk the name but thats not important. what is important is this is hands down, no contest, the BEST coffee i have ever had. Its sweet but not too sweet, easy to drink, and the perfect ratio of coffee to foam. Nothing will top this very coffee. I would takeba picture but i drank it all already sorry

All of them are rude! i went through drive and i asked for three frozen drinks and they were being rude about it then i got my drink with ice chunks in it. They have very rude employees and don’t seem to care about their customers.

entered in the store voicing how we could not find the fall items on the menu the worker at the register waited until the girls asked if they had fall items and she said yes them stared off into space then we asked where and she waited a good minute to point us to a banner on the wall on the other side of the shop. We ordered paid then in the middle of them making our drinks they told us they did not have pumpkin flavors available 🙃 so they let us pick out other drinks they wrote down. They then asked us after we were waiting a good 10 mins what drinks we wanted because though i thought they wrote them down they did not then they informed me they did not make sure it equalled what i paid so they got about 10 cents from me for no reason. While waiting the the other worker missed a drive through customer as well. Idk not the best experience they both seemed high 😂 which idk not judging but the response time was for sure altered. Most likely will not be returning to this location.

Worst pumpkin spice drinks ever. The clod brew tasted burnt and we tried to get a pumpkin spice cream freeze and there was little to none of the pumpkin flavor. Not going back!

First time going to Biggby. It was fantastic! Way better than the bigger name coffee shops on every corner. The staff (Aubrey and two others) were super helpful in helping me pick a drink. It was delicious! I was with a group, and everyone loved what they got and commented on how friendly employees were to each of us! I will make this a regular stop and hope they expand around the country. Thank u!

very poor customer service. my mom got a coffee told him he put a bit to much chocolate on top and asked him to take some off it was just the whip cream. and to be a smart @$$ he barely squirted any chocolate at all. normally hes decent not today. i believe hes the manager there

Went through the drive through was very articulate about my order, drive though employee even repeated it back. I got to the window to get my drink, and it was made all wrong. I asked for sweat cream foam, and the normal things that came on it with two pumps of mellow. I brought the drink back into the restaurant, and told them it was wrong. The young lady with the blonde hair, ( not allowed to know her name per employees) with short shorts on and a t shirt on told me that I need to try it and became aggressive with me because I told her it was wrong; and why would I need to take a drink of it when I know how I receive my drink? She kept forcing me to try it; I said this is whipped topping and it did not have the proper texture or flavor to it. She again tried to force it on me, sorry again this is not what I paid for. She then snatched it from the counter “ I WILL REMAKE IT” then preceded to confront me many times about how my drink was to be made; I’m not sure how many time I need to tell this person who now is wanting to be very aggressive with her tone.
It’s fairly simple you didn’t listen the first five times I had told you what I wanted; and yet continue to fight with a customer.

The professionalism is not appropriate, and if she can’t conduct herself in a manner which her job is required she should no longer work in that establishment. To treat customers like this, it’s very shameful.

So to the girl at the drive though window on Thursday 13th on Becky; you need to learn to respect your customers; and work on your character in general. Rude, and nasty behavior is unacceptable in any job you go to.
