Beth & Van are always great with their customer service I shop here 3 times a week unfortunately today will be my last day because I'm big on customer service. Whoever was at the window told me she just works here she don't make the prices when I asked about a price increase I asked for the receipt turns out I was charged for a double shot I clearly said no to but I paid and I won't support the business anymore because this has happened before and I'm tired...

I absolutely love Biggby. The Columbia Ave staff are amazing, friendly, fast with accurate orders, they handle it all with ease with smiles. It is great when they have the school kids design art on the sleeves for the cups, always brings a smile. The amount of combinations available to choose from in flavors, You will find a favorite or two and a few snacks you won't be disappointed!

I always go to this Biggby, it is convenient since it is by my house, plus they take the time to really get to know their customers and today it showed! My husband went to get Biggby this morning and even though he has been with me for years to order my drink...and it isn't hard...Frozen Neopolitain with no whip...my husband couldn't exactly remember! You got to love husbands, they try! However, as soon as the batrista saw my husband's Jeep he goes oh, no your wife...
