The staff here has always been kind and friendly when I visit. The toaster oven thing that this location uses for bragels is amazing! Not that the other locations are bad, but it makes the sandwich a lot warmer and cooked better than just the microwave and toaster at some of the other shops. I also feel like I've never had a terribly long wait time at this location either.
Friendly prompt service.. Not sure why but the tastiest drinks of all the coffee shops I've been to even the Biggby stores. I travel past several other stores to purchase from Brady Rd Biggby. Keep up the great work!

Stop by during lunch to get some coffee. Iced latte is ok. Not very strong compare to a local cafe. Maybe the beans are old or not enough espresso. 20oz is $6 with tax, so about $2 cheaper than Starbucks I think
