The service is very inconsistent and usually poor. Waiting for a long time happens often and being hung up on when calling in an order is also frequent. Food is usually alright but also isn't very impressive.

So as I share my experience, please keep in mind I did contact corporate with no response from anyone. Not even a restaurant manager. I was most upset about my service. The server Cierra was rude and unpolite from the beginning, I quite believe she hates her job or life so I won’t be too harsh, but snatching receipts from your customer, just no! Bottom line- Our food was cold, we were there 2.5 hours out of our night. Which I don’t get much time off work, so this is precious to me. Got zero apologies. I’ve never been treated so rudely. Looks as if the place is ran by the servers. Sad! I won’t be back after this experience.

We love playing touch tunes. It was nice to see some of the people enjoying our taste in music. It was busy tonight, and our waitress looked like she could use a break. Waited for about 45 minutes for food, which wasn't a problem for us. But if you are in a rush, this place may not be the best choice.

Went to have a late dinner and after an hour and 15 minutes asked the waitress where our food was and at that point asked to get it to go, only to be told it was already boxed as a to go order which I why it never out in the first place. We spoke to the manager who graciously comped the meal and we left. When we arrived home to eat we noticed that the tots we ordered didn’t make it with the bag and the fries that came with the burger were 3. Not 3 boxes, 3 fries. Although grateful to the manager for taking care of us this just was not a pleasant experience all around.

Edit 1/15/24: Tried again. Nothing changed. Slow service and cold wings.Slow service and cold food this time. This place is really starting to be a crapshoot. I'll stick to buying frozen wings from Sams and cook them in the air fryer. They're overpriced sauce is tasty though.

I'm a truck driver from Virginia and was looking forward to seeing my hometown team, Liberty University in Lynchburg, play in the Feista Bowl today. I saw where the location here was in a mall, which allowed ample parking for my 18-wheeler.I really appreciate the staff for accommodating me with not only my request that the game be put on but also for turning up the sound. I hate watching anything without the sound to accompany it.So, on this New Year's Day, 2024, I say thank you to the management and to Emalee, my server, for putting up with me for slightly over 3 hrs. ???Parking: Parking is at a mall. A large uncovered parking lot.
