I have come here around 11pm once a week for the last 3 weeks. The crew here at this time of night has been awesome. The African American guy at the window is super friendly and actually takes pride in his job. The food has been great and I appreciate how kind the guy is.
Huge shout out to the employees at BK on Beckley road. They were seriously understaffed and only had two people working so you know they were stressed. My food was hot and fresh and they kept apologizing for the wait. And they just deserve some recognition for a job well done! They were doing the best they could with what they had to work with, and they were doing a very good job
Went to the drive-thru and Adrice took our order. He has the best customer service skills! He's super friendly and welcoming-makes you want to go back again and again! Way to go Adrice!
