Really good food with wonderful service. Enjoyed the caesar salad with the Parmigiano tweel. Then the bbq bacon burger and fries and a side of Mac n cheese. Everything very flavorful and seasoned well. Only little suggestion I'd make is to toast the hamburger bun, but that's just an opinion, the bun was still good. Great service as always, our waitress, Emily was very cheerful and helpful!!

We showed up for our reservation & they had no record of it in spite of confirming the reservation the day before. What's up with that?? Next available table for 3? An hour & a half! We punted & found another much better restaurant open with immediate seating.

Me and my wife check into the hotel on the 8th and we went to the casino played for a while than we went to 24/7 to get something to eat, my wife had a $10 food credit so it took the billl down to $15.00 so I used my credit card to pay the bill and I notice that they billed it $20.00 so I called and spoke with Josh the manger and he told me that they take money from my card for a tip , I told him that we gave the waitress. cash he stated that it would be back onto my credit card as of today still don’t see the credit on my card so if that’s going to make them richer they can keep the $5 and don’t have to worry we will never go back to there casino or restaurants so watch your money.

The only place to get a decent meal now that Firekeepers buffet is not reopening. I have noticed smaller portions as another reviewer stated. And, please, consider stocking a non dairy coffee creamer (like oat or coconut) for those of us who are allergic to dairy.

You go to Vegas and the cafes are the best. Here, not so much. While FireKeepers is an amazing casino/hotel, most of their restaurants are an afterthought especially Cafe 24/7. The menu is on an iPad device, a little impersonal. Worse, the menu is very limited and certainly not healthy or enticing. Sausage gravy on the omelets, the skillets, on the side, etc. No fresh O.J., pure maple syrup, chicken or turkey sausages, bagels, fresh fruit or even a cinnamon roll. We ordered egg white omelets which took a while and the chef used canned mushrooms. YIKES! Coffee is Folger's and no espresso options offered. Worse, seating is very disappointing, no booths and the tables are spaced very weird and the dining room is far from inviting. Your best bet is grabbing a bite at Gabi by the entrance.

Well we went there before the Pat Benatar show which Pat and Neil ROCKED IT!!! So I will list the food we had I got a cup of chicken noodle soup and French dip and fries came with it the soup was good the French dip was okay the French fries were horrible soggy and over cooked. My better half got a hamburger and fries the burger was fine French fries same as mine. My friends got a BLT and fries it was ok and my other friend got a sandwich to 3 of us had pops and 1 beer it came to $76.00 dollar's the meal wasn't even close to good for what they charge the buffet was closed and the coffee machine in the casino was empty I will tell you this they better change something the economy isn't great so if you do go there and want to eat it should be spectacular food like most casino's offer.I can make something like this meal at home and if I knew what it was going to be here I would have eaten at home or somewhere eles!!!

Overall experience was good but food served was cold. Service can be improved. Veg Starter taste was ok, non veg main course was good.

Pretty disappointing lunch here. Was way too cold in the restaurant, orderd a chicken sandwich with no onions, waited 25 minutes to be served a gross sandwich covered in onions. Wont be back

Disappointed the last 3 times we went. The menu pics should be changed if they can't do the food like the pic. Walleye meal ($18) had the fish half of what was shown ,it was like a chicken finger. Fries were hiding the size. Then this week with the meatloaf dinner, the plate was covered in gravy (usually just the potatoes). After trying to find the meatloaf slab, he found out there was just small pieces of meatloaf which would not equal the pic. Then we had a waitress with an attitude. We waited and waited for our order since everyone else who came in got theirs. I told the server that my husband was a diabetic and his sugar was low . She did get some crackers. We were sitting next to where the kitchen was. We saw an order on the floor and then the chef came out and picked it up. It was our order. The waitress gave us the our food and I asked about the order slip and she said it was ours that she had dropped by accident. She never said she was sorry and had the "oh well" attitude. I think they should have given us a free dessert for two for the wait and for not caring about the service.

We've eaten and enjoyed here for years. In the past month we've had 3 visits that were not up to par. The menu has pics of what the food is supposed to look like. At one visit, my husband ordered Walleye and when it came out there were lots of fries covering what we thought was half the fish. When the fries were lifted off there was a piece of fish that looked like the size of a chicken tender. It looked nothing like the pic he saw. The meal was $18 and was a rip-off. Then this week he ordered meatloaf and the pic again looked great. When it came out it had gravy that covered the whole plate. (usually just the potatoes). Then he started eating and found there was not a slab of meatloaf but all little pieces. He told the waitress and she said she'd tell the chef. The last situation happened a month ago. My husband is diabetic and needed to eat soon. We waited and waited and everyone around us got their food. Then we see the chef come out by the bar and pick up a piece of paper on the floor that was our order that was dropped by mistake by the server. We asked for some crackers to help his low sugar readings. Then the wait began since the order took more time. The waitress was very flippant about it all and didn't care and didn't apologize. We had hoped we would have gotten a free dessert or something for the delay.

Food was great. Nice cafe vibe. The food was great had a large cranberry juice and the 2 eggs breakfasts with bacon. My wife had the eggs Benedict l. We both enjoyed our meal. Service was fast polite overall a great early morning experience to start our day.

When we arrived at 1:30, they said there a 45 minute wait. Looking over the hostesses shoulder, the place was half way empty. So, we added our name to the list. When we weee sat down, the server came over quickly and took our drink order. Then the drinks came and she took our lunch order. This is where the long wait began. It was literally 30 minutes to get our food (a patty melt and an order of chicken wings).Yikes. Although the food was pretty good, the service is terrible.Honestly, there are a ton of people working the floor. I guess some need to go help in the kitchen.

Food is reasonably priced. Decent food but several better options within the casino property. I have eaten here several times over the years and always wish I had eaten at one of the other venues within the building instead. Mariah have top notch service and I hope to see her working at one of the more upscale restaurants next time I come.

I recently stayed at Firekeepers and chose this restaurant for a late lunch. As I was dining solo and they were busy I was asked if I’d like to sit at the bar. It was only 4 seats, barstools were comfortable. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was a perfect medium rare and crispy bacon - it was delicious as were the fries. My server Angel, was really friendly and got everything right, she’s a gem!

After the Tony Orlando concert we stopped here to get something to eat. The place seated us right away and Autumn was our server. My wife had the Alfredo Fettuccini and I had the fried walleye. The noodles could have been a little more done but my wife said the food tasted great. My walleye was fried to perfection as were the fries and the cole slaw was surprisingly good. Autumn made several stops to check on us and to refill our drinks. We have eaten here before but this trip was definitely better then before. Well done.
