I have been trying to get someone to call me back from their audit department about 5 fraudulent charges made to my debit card. Obviously they have no problem with letting people use stolen cards/funds at their establishment because nobody answers the audit department phone and nobody returns messages.
I will have to file an Affidavit of Fraud and Forgery with my bank and wait who knows how long to get my money back.
