I have a loud truck and she couldn’t hear me so she politely asked me to turn it off so she could hear me, I ordered the drinks I wanted and she introduced herself at the new general manager on my local Biggby, I was handed my drinks and was told to have a good rest of my day. Nothing but smiles and positive attitude from the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend
Love this location! I stop by just about every day on my way to work. Keagan and Jolie always have the BEST service. Very friendly, easy to talk to and always smiling!
