“Vaughn, the owner, was incredibly kind and hospitable to us with a group of four kids on a hot day! He was so passionate about the ice creams, sharing his process of using healthy and local ingredients. The ice cream was FANTASTIC, the space was clean, and the service the best. We can’t wait to come back!”

“First time visiting and certainly not our last! Can't emphasize enough on how great everything was. All the positive reviews I read didn't give it justice, they excelled in every category. Our waitress, Agnes, couldn't have been better. She's a rock star. Had a great attitude and was very informative on the menu offerings. She was very attentive and showed up with perfect timing the entire evening. Everyone at the table was thrilled with their selections. I got the prime rib and it was right up there with some of the best I've had. If they have an end cut available, I highly recommend! The cocktails were phenomenal as well. The old fashioned I received was perfect, benchmark for what that drink should be. It's nearly two hours from where we live, but well worth the drive. We plan on visiting many more times!”

“I grew up in Marshall and come back often, to see family and to hunt. Been wanting to try this place out for while and finally did yesterday while my husband I were in town. The only thing I regret was not trying this place out sooner. I had the whisky burger, which is by far the best burger I have ever had, my husband who is a picky eater, had the Nachos and was very impressed. Everything from the atmosphere, food and service was top notch. Hands down a 5 star.”

“We order lunch here often! The food is great. Pick up is easy! We went in for pick up this last Tuesday and Veronica and Caiden were working. They were short staffed, had a line waiting for them but managed to rock it with a smile! They were friendly and kept their crowd engaged talking as they busted out their orders under stress! These two were awesome! Job well done.”

“It’s been many years since I’ve been there. A little background is in order. I am originally from Chicago and traveled around the country for my job including New York City. I knew not to compare Pastrami Joes to delis in those areas. My wife got the Joes Club and said it was good. I had the Joes hot pastrami. It only had 3 slices of meat the were somewhat flavorless. I know costs have increased but for what it costs I really expected a little more in quality and flavor. We both had the lobster bisque and it was kind of sweet. If I do go back I will try a different more sizable sandwich.”

“We recently got dinner delivered from here and it was hot and fast. Great job! The next morning we went for breakfast and the hostess was struggling to keep up, but our waitress Vanessa was fantastic. She was friendly and kept our drinks full. The food was good diner food you expect from Dennys.”

“Split an order of fish and fries and I had a side salad and my husband had potato soup. We had fish left over. The breading on the fish was just right - nice and thin. The soup and salad excellent. The service was fast and the server polite and attentive. We would go there again when we wander thru Marshal.”

“I have a loud truck and she couldn’t hear me so she politely asked me to turn it off so she could hear me, I ordered the drinks I wanted and she introduced herself at the new general manager on my local Biggby, I was handed my drinks and was told to have a good rest of my day. Nothing but smiles and positive attitude from the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend”

Michelle worked with us so we had the small wedding of his dreams and his fiancé was happy with every aspect of the venue and reception. What a beautiful spot. The food was absolutely delicious and it was all planned and set up in a mere two months. Thank you to everyone who participated in the happy day.”

“I’ve coming here since it was Emilio’s in the 70’s The avocado chalupa is my favorite Mexican dish of all time! The buttered tortillas and jalapeño sauce is the bomb! When I ate meat, I loved the gravy. Best rice I’ve ever had. Love this place!!!”

“Waited at the register for 5 minutes after driving over from Battle Creek and ended up leaving without ordering. Only one or two customers inside. Another 8-10 people waiting behind me. Staff only seems to care about taking care of drive in customers. Manager needs to remind them that ALL customers are equally important!”

“My family loves the turkey farm. This place is big enough that you can get quite a few people together and not feel like you have to leave right away. Most places don’t like you to linger but we’ve never felt rushed to leave Cornwell’s and we've had groups of people up to 12 people.”

“Not the mosy likely places to find a Starbucks inside this local shopping center, but it gets the job done if your looking for coffee, etc. Don't go and plan on chilling inside a Starbucks tho.

“Mancino's in Marshall is probably the best one in my opinion. The store is small, hometown feeling. The workers crack jokes and are having s good time at work. Food was piping hot, and good.”

“After working in the Asian restaurant business for years when I was a young pup, I can tell you my Mongolian Beef was tasty and flavorful. Meal was hot and on time; however, I asked about hot mustard and sauce for my egg rolls. The gentleman mentioned there was duck sauce, which I believe is typically brown in color and not a sweet-and-sour dipping sauce for my roll. I didn’t receive any sauce for dipping and am still unsure if they even have it. Guess I don’t know how to articulate sauce for my rolls—or they just don’t have any. I would order from them again, but not egg rolls… or possibly anything with sweet and sour.”

“I’ve always liked their food, a favorite Chinese restaurant. Too bad they’re closing soon. In a couple of days. I don’t think I heard her wrong, but she said that they’re closing for good due to high raising costs of everything they use to cook and run the restaurant! Today is 16 July 2026.”
