The friendly staff will have you coming back for your favorite drinks, the black bear latte is the best. There are so many varieties to choose from ,it's definitely a favorite and a must stop every time I'm in town. The Bagle sandwich pairs well with any beverage. I like the seasonal options they offer.
They are too slow. There are enough people hired back there working. Cars left because of the wait and so then they’ve made drinks they just waste. Management needs to look into it.
I have a loud truck and she couldn’t hear me so she politely asked me to turn it off so she could hear me, I ordered the drinks I wanted and she introduced herself at the new general manager on my local Biggby, I was handed my drinks and was told to have a good rest of my day. Nothing but smiles and positive attitude from the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend
