I had a frustrating situation happen today while trying to pickup food for a doordash delivery. I went to make a complaint about staff and was quite heated as Director Elijah Smith took me aside. I was being very brutish and at first I don't think we saw eye to eye, but Elijah took his time to thoroughly listen to my complaint about some frustrations with staff and delivery drivers. He was very attentative and patient, even with me being unfair to...
