Unfortunately, they couldn’t even make a simple cup of coffee, no bells and whistles, just a plain coffee. It was so diluted and weak that the hotel room coffee was actually better, sadly. To add insult to injury, it definitely wasn’t worth $4+. I would strongly advise that you implement some better practices on how to make a proper cup coffee, and how not to, for that matter.

We showed up for our reservation & they had no record of it in spite of confirming the reservation the day before. What's up with that?? Next available table for 3? An hour & a half! We punted & found another much better restaurant open with immediate seating.

I’ve never had a bad drink or pastry from here. I’m always a little iffy about trying coffees, lattes, etc. from different places. But this place hits the nail on the head every time! If there is a drink you want and don’t see it on the menu, just ask. Chances are, they can make it and it will be fantastic!!

First the Con’s: 1. When we pulled the covers on the bed back around midnight, we found a 6” streak of blood. THEY DON’T CHANGE THE SHEETS!!!!! 2. For a new hotel the room carpet was filthy. 3. Theshampoo and conditioner are impossible to get contents out. 4. The room doors slam hard and loud. You will hear this all night. 5. Fridges could be higher up, too hard to access. Pro’s: 1. Beautiful lobby. 2. Check in personnel nice and helpful. 3. Good security. 4. Well lit hallways 5. In room safe’s 6. Room thermostat’s easy to use. 7. 55” tv’s 8. Plenty of parking 9. All restaurants are open. 10. Bed’s are comfortable.

Wife and I decided to get away for a few days, arrived around noon on a Sunday as had reservations for 2 nights, hit the casino for a while, grabbed some food and checked in, room was excellent!!! Clean, as we are picky and checked out everything, staff was nice and we did win some money at the casino, which is always a good thing!! Not a big bundle, but good enough to make us happy! Plenty of different games to play, and everyone we came in contact with was just great!!!

Fire keepers has been our home casino for last 8 to 10 years, we play card games and we have been patience beyond belief. Statisticly speaking every casino I've ever gambled at has been better. Time playing, amounts won/ lost, food, service and comps. Complete and utter failure in every category. Too bad, unfortunately I will not go back.if you like playing at a negative progression , so damn obvious after covid. Patience will just get you deeper in , it never turns to the positive side

Nice casino. Lots of variety in machines and tables. Facet’s Sportsbook Pub had a very limited menu. Food was average. Our waitress screwed up our order multiple times. The buffet at the casino is closed as a COVID precaution with no idea when it might reopen

Sparkling clean hotel, casino and restaurants. Exceptional service in all categories. Ate at the Nibi and it was fabulous and also at Smoke and Fire - also fabulous. Our room looked like it was new and we were the first people to sleep in it. Easy to get around from hotel to casino to restaurants. Valet parking efficient

We checked in at 4:00 on Friday and there was no line. We appreciated the staff that drive the golf carts offering to pick up customers with luggage and bring them to and from their vehicle and the hotel, especially in this hot summer heat. As we walked toward the elevators there is a security staff that checked our cooler (no outside alcoholic beverages allowed) and later checked our room key. There seemed to be security staff at multiple locations, especially at various entrances and exits. As we walked to our room, we could tell by the smell and look that everything is clean and new. Our room was spacious with a king bed, two nightstands, desk, lounge chair, etc. There was a small fridge but no microwave. There is a tablet on one nightstand welcoming you to your room with temperature and light controls, music, restaurant info/menus, etc. The bathroom had a separate room for the toilet and a long shelf in the walk-in shower to accommodate both of our soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The bed was not very comfortable, a bit too firm for our liking. We did not hear much noise from other rooms or outside as we were on the top floor and there seemed to be good sound proofing. We ate at Darcy's Sports bet on Friday for appetizers, Nibi on Saturday for dinner, and 24/7 Cafe on Sunday for breakfast. All were very good.

I spent a night in the newer section of the hotel and was impressed by the attention to detail. I am a frequent traveler and am often disappointed by the amenities or lack thereof. First of all the staff was friendly and efficient and the rooms were clean. I especially would like to thank the Firekeepers designers and staff for the following: Real cups (not Styrofoam or paper) for the coffee service, shelf in the shower and hook in the bathroom, comfortable chair and ottoman in the room, pen and paper provided, comfy robes, one lighting panel for the whole room, and most of all for the small lights attached to the bed--some of us like to read in bed. I also appreciated the email from Firekeepers prior to my visit alerting me that the pool would be closed during my stay. That way I was not disappointed. I did not do well in the casino, but will definitely make a return visit.

My husband and I had a reservation for a one night stay at the hotel. Due to a health issue, I called this morning to cancel the reservation. We had used my husband's credit card for the stay but I had made the reservations at the hotel and the restaurant. The person (Christina) that I spoke to would not let me cancel the reservation. She said they had to speak to my husband, who was not home. This would have been our first visit to this Casino/Hotel. Based on how rude she was to me, I doubt that we will ever try to stay there in the future.
