Came for the booze, stayed for the bartender. Kath’s personality behind that bar is outstandinggggg. We came from out of town looking for a late bar after a concert and she made us feel right at home; Also, shout out to our hostage, John for attempting to show us the Northern Lights!

We frequent trips to Battle Creek and this will now be a regular stop.

Had a great time catching up with old friends here. The service was great, lady working the bar was very kind and tentative to our drinks. However, the atmosphere felt like I was in an old folks home. They need to freshen up the place.

Very good bar food at extremely reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and regular patrons are laid back and aged 40-70. Note - I have never been there after about 730 pm. Plenty of parking but look both ways carefully when pulling onto Capital NE. Entrance is on a curve. No wi-fi but good data plan coverage.
