Placed an order on the mobile app but when I got to the restaurant they didn't have the order. Double checked the app and now it is saying I don't have an order but my card got charged. Young man at the restaurant said there's nothing they can do if the app acts dumb but if I got charged he could talk to his manager about getting me a refund. I said that'd be great. And he walked away.... to do the hashbrowns. Didn't get me anyone, just left me standing there at the counter.

Never ordered. In dual drive through they put me on hold before I even said anything meanwhile other drive through took 3 orders. Seriously...unacceptable; will not be back. Terrible/no service.
