I order a large ice coffee, extra ice, espresso, add carmel Drizzle. They hardly ever make it correctly. Never consistent. If im paying .30 for Drizzle. I want .30 worth in the bottom and all around the cup. I asked, did you add the Drizzle, she said I dont make it. Sorry.

Appears to be run better than in the past, however they still haven't figured out how to wipe down tables. A self service wet wipe dispenser would be much better than looking for the cleanest dirty table.

No acknowledgement of you presence at the counter when someone walks by from outside delivery the walks into the service area looks around the comes to the order area and asks what I would like to order. No smile or customer grettong whatsoever. I understand that this person might be having a bad day but this is not the first time This has happened.
