After midnight, I ordered and paid for a large coffee for my travels to keep me going on the road. After paying for the order, I was told by the manager that they would not be able to fill my order because they close in 30 minutes and they don't want to brew a fresh pot of coffee because they rest of the coffee would go to waste. I've never in my life been told that I can't be served a coffee 30 minutes before closing. I explained that I'm a paying customer, which I thought was obvious. After trying to negotiate with the managerto make the coffee I paid for (during which she did offer to refund my $1.69, and even suggested that I get a coffee from the gas station) she finally, grudgingly, decided to make the coffee after I asked her to please make the coffee. Btw, they were filling everyone else's order. I'm not the one to turn everything into a race issue, but with the manager being a Caucasian female, and me being a Black American, it definitely FELT like the 1950s. However, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that was not her intention. I'll pray for her and my feelings. I would have given them 1 star, but decided that 2 would be gracious considering that the negotiations went in my favor????

Nice employees. Forgot all 6 of my sauces for my nuggs. Hamburger was burned nuggets were cold. 50$ order with only one warm item the fries everything was soggy as well only a 10 minute drive home so ik it wasnt that.

Food was fine. But I asked about the Monopoly pieces and was given a brochure with info. Ordered specific items to ensure I got the monopoly stickers on each item and when I get back to my truck, I get packaging that doesn’t have it. I mean, I asked about it, ordered it for that reason, and then don’t get it. This is happening nationwide. Least throw in a dang hash brown wrapper if you ran out, theres no excuse for neglecting to just so the right thing.

Waited for over 15 minutes to pay for my food and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Then I watched a worker come from the back and make a customers sundae that over filled and they used their fingers to remove the over filled part. If I wanted to sit and wait I would have went to a sit down restaurant.

Everyone was polite and did a fine job. This particular McDonald's I do visit for the delicious caramel frappe although I do not ever eat McDonald's. Because of the employees I give the 4 stars. Good job crew, I don't think I've ever had bad service or orders here.
