Thus far, every experience at Nibi, has been great. Good food and great service. I would highly recommend Nibi to everyone looking for fine dining while in the area. Jerry
The sweet corn Brulee was out of this world. The sea bass was seared just right, while the risotto complimented it perfectly. Delicious!
Overall, Nibi’s offered a great dining experience. The scallops were perfectly executed. The brussels had a garlicky finish- (I’m used to a sweet and/or spicy glaze), but these were different…in a good way; Really enjoyed the assortment of breads, and the palate cleanser. For the main entree, I had Snapper. The fish itself was cooked to perfection but the dish overall lacked flavor…it swam in a sea of water and a few medley tomatoes.
