“Overall, Nibi’s offered a great dining experience. The scallops were perfectly executed. The brussels had a garlicky finish- (I’m used to a sweet and/or spicy glaze), but these were different…in a good way; Really enjoyed the assortment of breads, and the palate cleanser. For the main entree, I had Snapper. The fish itself was cooked to perfection but the dish overall lacked flavor…it swam in a sea of water and a few medley tomatoes. Where the dish lacked, the service staff made up for it. Also, the beverages were tasty!“
