We came here for my sister-in-law's birthday. They seated us very quickly despite our larger group and the service was phenomenal! And the food? O. M. G. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Olive Garden for the experience!

I am giving four stars only because the tabletop games on the tablet cost money and there is no warning that it does. If your young child grabs the tablet and starts a game, you will be charged ~$3. It does not have you verify age or anything.

My family and I had one of the most frustrating dining experiences we’ve ever encountered.

We were told the wait would be about 45 minutes, but we ended up waiting over an hour and a half. During that time, we noticed multiple parties arriving after us being seated before us, even after being told we were next on the list. When I questioned it, we were told we were “second,” then “next,” yet somehow several other groups continued to be seated ahead of us. At one point, the entire lobby was empty and we were the only family still waiting.

When I asked again, the hostess simply said, “You’re next,” and walked away. Moments later, another group walked in and was seated immediately. Eventually, I suggested splitting our party into two tables just to be seated. The manager insisted the only available option for five people was a booth, but as I’m talking to her I saw two tables pushed together that had 10–12 seats around them. Ironically, those tables were later split again and only had 2 people sitting at them.

The manager then walks away and a host walks up and says “ohhh wowwwwww you guys are still waiting!!”

Once we were finally seated, the poor service continued. Our server’s first comment was, “Oh, were we waiting a long time?” which felt more like sarcasm than concern. When ordering, my wife clearly stated that she and my daughter were each getting the Five Cheese Ziti, she even put up 2 fingers, the server even acknowledged that because she asked each of them if they want soup or salad, yet only one came out. The server then claimed they were “sharing,” which wasn’t true, and even if it were, she would have brought a second plate to split it.

At this point, we felt disrespected and dismissed throughout the entire experience, from the inconsistent seating process to the inattentive and unprofessional service.

I genuinely hope what happened was due to poor organization and not something more concerning. Regardless, this experience was completely unacceptable and left us feeling disappointed and unwelcome.

I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the training and seating procedures to ensure no other guests have to experience this kind of treatment.

Our server was extremely annoying and asked us stupid questions throughout dinner. She was trying to be funny, but it was rather annoying and obviously could not read the room. We had to ASK for drink refills/more unlimited pasta and breadsticks. She was trying too hard to make conversation when she should have been focusing on bringing us our food and drinks.

Worst food ever! The only thing that tasted good was the glass of coke! Soup tastes like a dirty microwave and the Alfredo was under cooked with barly any sauce. We had to go to McDonald's after to actually eat after waisting $60 here first. Complete waist if time and money. Not to mention the terrible blaring music they had playing.

It's been years since I dined in an Olive Garden and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The breadsticks were warm and soft, the salad cold and refreshingly crisp, our appetizers hot and tasty, both of our dinners beautiful and delicious. Lastly, our waitress was so helpful and patient... absolute Kudos to her!

Great car side pickup! It was ready early, they called to alert us and the staff was amazing. Food was hot and well packaged. The soup was just a little bland

Went on a Saturday night that was the same night as homecoming for a local school. The wait was a little longer but it was a decent meal. 3 of the 4 people at the table ordered the unlimited deal and the 4th had dessert as they were not a pasta fan but went for the conversation and friends.... It was a good evening and the food was fresh.

Been here twice. First visit total chaos our food arrived before our salad and drinks? I had to send it back and got an attitude from waitress whose response was well when “do” you want your food!? Like ummm like any other Olive Garden after the salad course. Than I tried again sat morning Oct 4th that’s all I had to sit in the bar area and the restaurant was Empty because they didn’t have any servers there yet now mind it was only 10 minutes after opening, but still staff should’ve been there. The wife goes to the bathroom and garbage is overflowing onto the floor because I guess the night shift did not empty the garbage or clean up bathroom. I told the lady to make sure she writes it down. She has three tables. She did not write it down. She was nice enough. She was also the bartender but again who came out before I even had my first three bites of salad so that seems to be a constant issue. They gave me the tables Alfredo bowl then they charged us wrong. They charge us for an order of fettuccine Alfredo and steak bites when it was just the sirloin which also comes to Alfredo for nine dollars more so I had to wait for them to correct that. It appears that this is not a very well run. I’m sorry to say that because it’s affordable option for families and this is just unacceptable.

Very bland and simple. Not up to par for it's name. Not even the breadsticks were as usual. Don't recommend this new location.
