1st time eating here. Chose to dine @ the bartop. No dark stout on tap, tho okay assortment of popular drafts. Full bar w ltd top shelf brands. Delicious hush puppies, fresh salad, & mud pie. The crab cakes 🦀 & lobster bisque 🦞 were both full of meaty chunks & you realize why this place has been here for so many years. Can't wait to return as the regulars around us say everything on the menu is terrific.
Great food, good flavor but the best thing was Bea our waitress, she made us feel like part of the family and there were seven of us. If you go there ask for her and wait for a great dining experience.
Excellent restaurant, the lights and music were low, the waitress was kind and knew the menu, the food was flavorful and plated well.
I definitely recommend the Cajun hummus with jalapeno cheddar cheese chips, which are just that, cheddar cheese and no bread.
