The quality has been slowly getting worse over time. It used to be decent now its just not good anymore. Undercooked rice, over cooked meat. Just not the quality it used to be.

In the ad it says that they sell marinated chicken and it is not true the chicken is very tasteless it tastes like roasted chicken leg does not have a good taste, 4 years ago I was often eating now that I return to the city, I think that the food does not taste good and they serve you less in the bowl as well.

Stopped in for lunch today. The customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, offered recommendations, and accommodated all of my requests when preparing my order without hesitation. The dining area was clean and well kept. My meal didn't disappoint either. My food was fresh and tasty. I even saved room for dessert! I left feeling like my business was appreciated. I eat qdoba 3-5 days a week for lunch. I travel alot for work so I eat qdoba in kzoo, battle creek, and jackson. This location is by far the most skimpy with their portions... mostly on the rice and meat. If you want your money's worth go either location on westnedge in kalmazoo or jackson location.
