Sakura Sushi Bar & Grill

Waitress was a sweetheart. And had really great recommendations. Had the hot pot was super filling.

We stopped in for lunch on a Monday afternoon. There was only one server, but she was doing great! There was already a table of 10 and a 3 ahead of us, but it didn't slow us down. We were able to order quickly, and the food came out fast even though they kept on getting more of a lunch crowd. We enjoyed the gyoza, lunch portion of steak hibachi, a Philadelphia roll, and a shrimp tempura roll. The amount of food that you get in the lunch portion was so generous! I can't imagine how big the dinner portion would be. Lol And all of the prices are very reasonable. The food was all fresh and delicious...we enjoyed every bite.
My only ding was that it was extremely cold inside. It was so uncomfortably cold I almost went to the car to get a jacket. But, the food came, and I finally started to warm up from eating. Otherwise, this would have been a perfect 5-star review.

They offer tap to pay but they could not get it to work. Big inconvenience!!!

The best sushi in Calhoun County in my opinion. Kind staff, amazing sushi chefs, consistently an amazing meal no matter when you go or what you order. I can't recommend Sakura enough!

The place and staff are great and the food is amazing, we went to eat at the restaurant and ordered a take out, both awesome! The price is fair for the quality!

Fantastic food, but slow service during dine in, and I don't mean just to get food. It took 10 mins to get drinks another 10 to order, and we had to flag her down to get the bill. Only a quarter of tables had customers so I don't think it was because they were busy. Sushi shouldn't take nearly an hour.

We ordered sushi, maki rolls, and a hand roll, and they were all great. The clear soup was also delicious.

I ordered chicken, they gave me shrimp and did NOTHING to make it right. I hate shrimp. I was without a meal!!! We'll NEVER go back!!!

Sakura is the best sushi restaurant that I've found in our area. Sushi is a traditional meal in our family and having a location that does a good job is important.

The ONLY reason I am giving a 1 star for service is because of the female manager. My server and the food was amazing as usual. I was there around 6pm 9/6/24 and overheard the manager berating my server because she cleared one of her tables. Seriously, it's a Friday night and this place was packed. As in only 1 open table and 2 seats available at the sushi bar packed. But the mgr felt the need to give my server crap because she had to help? This lady shouldn't be a mgr if she treats her staff this way because she had to do her job. This is a perfect example of why places end of closing.
