Food old, stale, cold. Teriyaki sau ce was nasty. So bad I took food back and said not good. She didn't care and dumped it. I didn't ask for refund...did not seem to get one. Will not be eating there again. Shame.

Horrible restaurant. Needs to be shut down. We found a glove in the seafood salad and they acted as if no big deal. Place was filthy. Walked out and will never return.

Food is on grill all day so taste charred when you get it. Prices on display isn't the prices that she charges you. Only realistically good thing was the Sprite.

Just went here for lunch. Paid $24 for two meals to find a huge black hair in my food. Go up to the counter to notify them and the cook is not wearing a mask and the cashier/cook was not wearing a hairnet and had long black hair. Was absolutely discusting and will never return

Good food! But please update your hours on here to reflect when your actually open. I've been a few times an hour before listed closing time to find you are not open.
Food is decent. Workers are friendly. Was disappointed that the plastic utensils are in a bin where everyone could touch all over them and they didn't have anything individually wrapped. With the pandemic going on they should definitely be individually wrapped or at least covered up.

Yes Sarku is a mall food court quick stop, but for Japanese fare they are still much cheaper than the new Kume Hibachi-Steakhouse because you're not paying for the "show". To me, the food is much better as well because I could finish it and feel full unlike the competition across the street where I left still hungry because the food was so bad even the dog refused to eat the leftovers in the doggie bag.
