Smoke ‘N Fire at FireKeepers Casino Hotel

The pulled pork nachos were basically inedible. Way too dry. The chicken tenders were fair, small and dry as well. Wasn't a great experience. The saving grace was that our gambling credits took care of the meal. Our server (Dakota) took very good care of us.

Good grub, good chili, good NY Strip, good potatoes, wish they had Coke not Pepsi, and though the potatoes were really good without gravy, I want my gravy! That's all, loved it here

Food was wonderful, our server was attentive, but not hovering, tables are spaced so you dont feel like you're dining with the table next to you. Reasonable pricing given the location!

My partner's salmon was very good, but unfortunately my brisket was lukewarm, as was the burnt ends appetizer. Overall experience was mid. I would avoid ordering the smoked stuff, and just order things that are cooked to order.

Food was excellent! The only issue we had was we didn't get our food for over an hour after we were seated and ordered it. It was Valentine's Day but we had a reservation for 6:00 pm and didn't get our food until after 7:00.

We booked for 6:45 pm, at 6:15 I received an email that said we were cancelled because we didn't show, after a few minutes we were seated

My husband and I had a very disappointing dinner this past Sunday 1/18/26. We have dined here multiple times and loved it. On this date, not so much. Steak was very overdone, server sent it back and the new one was also overdone. Food came out cold bc server was out on a smoke break, as she brought our food smelling strongly of smoke and extra perfume. Im hoping next trip will be better.

The atmosphere was nice, but we waited an hour to be seated. We ordered appetizers, as our food took some time for our food to be prepared. We had to return both meals. The brisket and chicken were extremely dry, the greens were cold and the mac and cheese was dry. Our waitress had it removed from the bill. We assured her we knew it wasnt her fault. She was very pleasant.

This new restaurant inside Firekeepers is awesome. Great food,service.
The steaks are flavorful and tender. The side dishes also very good. Ask for Angi as she was a great server.

Service was good but the filet I ordered medium came out well done. I was disappointed in the quality of the food.

My hubby and I made reservations for a date night. The hostess was so friendly and polite. We were seated and the waitress finally came over to greet us. She was less than pleasant. It all began with a "what do you want to drink". No hello, how are you, or even a smile. We were then rushed and it felt like we were inconveniencing her. We ordered an appetizer and she asked us to put in our dinner order at that time as well. She dropped off our bill and I provided my credit card. She did return quickly with the receipt. A few minutes later, she returned, asking if I had signed it, as she was picking it up from the table. She never removed any of our dishes and did not offer any refills on our beverages. I get that it was probably the end of her shift, but if you are in the service industry and have an attitude like that, perhaps our table should've been passed on to someone else. The food was pretty good, but the waitress had such a poor demeanor, we did not enjoy our time here. Needless to say, we won't be returning anytime soon.

My husband and I ordered the “made to order” omelet. It came with choice of hash casserole or breakfast potatoes and toast. The omelet was large and scrumptious!! The casserole was cheesy and so good. Portion size was so big that I had leftovers. Hubby said his food was delicious as well. We ordered desserts to go. The parfait, s'more cheese cake were fantastic as well! Great food, ambience and service via Morgyn were a 5/5!!

Service was great. They were even able to seat us early. The food was hot and very good. We will definitely be back.
