I was at the restaurant around 10:30pm on 6/20. I was DoorDashing and even though they were busy they did their best to quickly get out both orders of mine. While I was waiting, at least three different employees checked up on me to make sure I was being helped.

After leaving the restaurant, two of the shakes I picked up spilt all over my car. I returned to the store and they were very apologetic (even with it not being their fault) and they remade the shakes...

We stopped to get one of their namesakes; ergo milk shakes. It has been a while and we were once again reminded how good shakes made from hand-dipped ice cream really is. My wife and I commented for several miles on how delicious they were. We got an Orange Creamsicle and a vanilla shake. You should treat yourself to one today.

Only had 15 seconds to pour my drink. The cost of a Coke to the retailer is $0.25. Steak 'n Shake charges $2.39. Give me more time to get my drink. Very sterile. No interaction with employees.
