If you want your food to be made sloppy incorrect and take Forever then go there the people they are so disrespectful and rude and when I DoorDash, they take over an hour where I eventually just cancel my order. Literally the worst Taco Bell ever the only good Taco Bell is literally Urbandale Taco Bell.

I ordered 2 of the lux boxes and my oldest ordered one of the other ones.... The food was stale and cold..There was more cheese and lettuce then anything else..Never had taco bell this bad even coming cross country.....

By far the worst TacoBell in Battle Creek (1/3 of them are always out of half of the ingredients) at this establishment they can never get a order right and take way too long to fulfill the orders they do make. I’ve had to throw my whole order out on multiple occasions due to the food either being soggy or made incorrectly. If you’re traveling through keep going and if you live here the capital ave location is significantly better.

Ordered drive thru. My favorite place to get a Mt. Dew, but after I ordered and pulled up to - the guy at the window tells me they have ZERO ice. Needless to say the poop was terrible and I had already paid. He said oh man I forgot to tell you.
Stopped in on my way home from Denver, CO spent $28 on food after driving 17 hours with a 3 hour drive to go guy sweeping the floor was nice but mentioned the liquor store across the parking lot and I was missing a whole cantina bowl order not to mention guy in the parking lot sitting was staring at me the whole time while I ate my food was uncomfortable to say the least. Got pulled over down the street after I left because of “suspicious activity” all I did was walk in order food on my way home north from Denver, CO from college at Colorado University…got let go but still don’t go here get screwed on an order and pulled over for no reason and bums sitting watching the parking lot.

taco bell on beckley road, me and my sister came here for dinner since we didn’t wanna make anything at home. we ordered 3 BEEFY 5 layer burritos , spicy potato burrito and a medium baha blast. instead of getting what we ordered EVERYTHING except the spicy potato burrito was wrong. we got a mtn. dew instead, and 3 BEAN burritos. i wasn’t expecting the whole order to be wrong. the drink didn’t bother me at first but then the whole order being wrong just blew my mind. whoever was working repeated the order to us and it was correct, and we checked the bag to make sure everything was right but since the bean burritos and 5 layer beefy burritos have the exact same wrapper. we didn’t notice. this was overall just a wasteful trip and i’m not happy. ???

In the drive thru just now they say they are not taking drive thru orders after waiting in the line for 20 minutes. Then they yell at customers when they complain and tell them… If you don’t like it you can go somewhere else.
