All the employees r decent people only problem is my wife works here and wants more but theyve dropped her from 5 days to two day now now she's only scheduled for one day,but what's confusing bout it all is they're still hiring more people y not give the current employees the hours we're bout to be homeless out in the cold if something doesn't change soon

I’m not happy portion sizes are all off! They give you way less than what you pay for plus a crappy attitude on the side! I get it, working fast food sucks…..but please for the love of God make a good cheesy gordità crunch! 3 finger pinch people!!!!

I do have to say... Though taco bell often hits a spot that no other tacos can... They're never amazing tacos. I'm not gonna call my mom to tell her about this amazing taco bell experience I had (at least because of the quality of the food)
Where I've never had problems staff's attitude at this location the quality control could be a bit very on meeting corporate standards. There's better taco bells in town. But 8 don't always drive out of my way for them.

We placed a takeout order inside Taco Bell, and when we got home to East Leroy, we realized the chips were missing—even though we paid for them. The nacho cheese was included, but without the chips, it was unusable. Since we rarely visit Taco Bell and live 40 minutes round-trip from the location, I called to ask whether I should bring the entire order back to ensure the rest of the food wouldn’t get cold during the drive.

The woman I spoke with said she would replace only the chips and made it clear she had no intention of replacing the full order or addressing the inconvenience. There was no concern expressed about the food going cold or the fact that we had to drive all the way back for an item we paid for and didn’t receive.

I understand this post won’t change the minds of Taco Bell fans, but I’m sharing it in hopes that a manager will review this situation, reconsider the current protocol, and implement changes that reflect basic customer care. I’ve never encountered such indifference toward a customer’s time, experience, or the integrity of their meal. And unfortunately, we didn’t have chips at home to make use of the sauce.
