Wait time even after called inside and only deck is terrible 20-45+ min on deck is ridiculous. Everytime we have visited the rattle snake bites are very undercooked, even after sending them back. We have been served undercooked pork and chicken on 2 separate occasions. Country fried chicken was so grisly it was very hard to cut. When brought to Managers attention they simply do not care. When we arrived, they were not busy at all, but it took us 15 to 20 minutes just to get seated. We ordered three appetizers and two meals. The flavor was subpar to say the least. Our steaks were cooked the right way, but were very tough. Our potatoes were cold. The shrimp was cold and the steaks were lukewarm at best. You shouldn’t be able to call yourself a steakhouse one of the best thing we were served for the dinner rolls at the beginning of our meal.
My husband and I went to TRH tonight. Although it was very busy, our food was hot and tasted very good. The service was excellent. I did go online and “reserve” a spot. We only waited maybe 5 minutes after texting “here”. We will be back.
