Way over priced for the breakfast burrito. Small shells used. Barely 5” in length.

Ordered two smoothies that my wife and I get regularly. The quality is 50/50, just threw two away at a gas station. Was told I ordered wrong lol not going back again

Whatever you do, do NOT go though the drive thru. You'll be waiting over 20 mins no matter what time of day it is. Service is slow and employees seem like they don't even wanna be there.

This has been a reoccurring problem but my last two times were it, I don’t want to go back.

Their smoothies are not consistent. For example the watermelon mojito is mine and my mother’s favorite. It sometimes tastes good with proper pink color, but most of the time it is a very dark pink with it not being fully blended, I will add energizer in probiotic, and it will be full chunks at the bottom of my smoothie and they taste awful. I would be more understanding if it was the occasional thing because maybe somebody’s training. But this is nearly every time I go, and it taste like water and sometimes it taste like water and sweetener. The color is bad the taste is very poor. All within the same visits, I will wait at the speaker for about 20 minutes before I’m greeted. This has happened a A handful of times. Sometimes I’m greeted and put on hold but 20 to 30 minutes seems to be their average my second to last time going there was only one car ahead of me at the window. I was the only one at the speaker I pulled up, nobody responded for about 10 minutes then backed my car up to hit the sensor again at the speaker and waited another five minutes. I finally asked if anybody was there and said hello multiple times finally a girl greeted me and told me she would be with me one moment . I responded with thank you for greeting me and OK. I proceeded to wait another five minutes being a total of 20 minutes at the speaker to let her know that I was there to pick up my order. I swore that would be my last time going. My mother who really likes tropical smoothie and says she typically does not have an issue with the exception of the smoothie flavors Not tasting right and still being a little chunky was craving it one day so I went and picked it up for her. I waited at the speaker after being greeted for about 24 minutes Before finally being able to let them know, I was there to pick up my mobile order that consisted of two smoothies and two food items, I got to the window and the girl who opened up the window was confused on why there was a car in her drive-through and asked how she could help me. I let her know that a girl greeted me and I said I had a mobile order. I have attempted to go inside the store In the past, and when I’m there picking up my mobile order, I am ignored for about 5-10 minutes without being greeted or being acknowledged then, finally they will ask me my name and then get me my order, I have in the past seen other employees leaning on the counters and just socializing with customers what other employees are trying to make orders That right there is poor management. I understand when you are busy you are busy at the same time, It takes two seconds to inform somebody you will be with them in just a moment. I am a general manager at a fast food restaurant. If this is how my team acted, I would be disappointed. The service is very dry and looks almost like a miserable place to work, the smoothies are not consistent and do not taste good. My favorite food is the peanut butter, banana flatbread, and typically that is sopping wet with honey to the point where I can’t eat it. Their speed of service is beyond slow. If I am correct they are a QRS which means quick service restaurant. They are not quick. I have attempted to get a refund and it was a hassle to the point, I didn’t want it anymore. They seem like they are struggling for the past couple years and I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and now I am just done, I am breaking up with tropical smoothie.

We used to love a treat a Tropical Smoothie. I stopped going as frequently because the wait times are atrocious during peak times. I decided to treat my daughter and self to a smoothie before we started our errands for the day. We pulled off with our drinks only to realize hers was basically melted already and mine tasted like blended spinach and ice (I get the same thing every time, I know what they're supposed to taste like, it was not made correctly, at all)
Upset because we're on a time line, I just call them to tell them, was met with a rude and curt reply of "well, you can come back and we'll remake them" -- we went through the drive thru for convenience. Irritated. Was going to just call it a loss and not go back. Decided after our first errand that I would at least return the drinks so they could identify the order/problem. Couldn't return them through the drive thru, the lady acted like I had leprosy or something. Went around and brought the drinks in, they had customers so I wasn't going to make a scene, left them on the counter and left. Called back to talk to a manger about it and couldn't believe the childish demeanor I was met with. Not only did we not receive proper customer service, they sure didn't bother to refund me for the wasted time and poor product.

I love the tropical smoothie franchise but this particular location is very disappointing. My main complaint is the wait times. I’ve been here numerous times since they’ve opened and each time the wait to even place my order (in the drive thru) has never been less than 10 minutes. Recently I’ve been waiting 10-15 minutes without even being greeted or asked to please wait by the person taking my order. After placing my order, the wait in line is another 10 minutes. After this I often get to the window and it’s 5 minutes before they even open the drive thru window and asked for payment. Lately, this has been my experience every time I visit. It is completely unreasonable. I’ve seen other complaints just like this and I feel like nothing is changing. The staff themselves are incredibly nice but the wait times are absolutely horrible. Over the years, this has been a consistent theme with this location.

I like the Tropical Smoothie franchise, but this location can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to give you your food. I have given this particular location many chances. I will not be coming back anymore.

I hope the owner sees this review. As a business owner I understand how important reviews are.Placed two orders, first was 3 smoothies and a wrap. Dasher asked 2x if everything was there and they said yes. Not sure how you can miss the wrap when only 3 smoothies are ready.So 3 smoothies were delivered but no wrap.So we placed a 2nd order, the wrap and then had to add the peanut butter flatbread to avoid all the doordash fees. And when we received the order no flatbread.Now the problem is, Tropical smoothie is not pentalized because all i get is a credit for the food that is missing. But i am out the tips and fees for Doordash.This is my daughters favorite place to order from, but hoping that I can change her mind and find someplace else. With continuous errors, this is just ridiculous that you can't get something as simple as 2 items correct on an order.

Waited at drive through for 15 minutes. Got told we’d be right with you twice. I left, wasn’t even busy inside highschool kids run this place

Drive-thru is unbelievably slow, but the smoothies are always delicious.

Vegetarian options: My son is vegan, and he swears by this place.

Parking: Parking located right off Buckley Road inside the plaza.

The smoothies are so good I wish they came in bigger sizes. We tried breakfast this week and the price was reasonable. We like the lunch menu better.

They don’t follow the process to make smoothies consistent. They tried to make it faster and ruined the quality. I used to buy detox green island but quality keeps going down. Decided to try again today and it was a mistake. Taste like ice and Kalee.
