Was looking forward to a wingstop coming into our city. Was not a fan. A true let down. So if anyone is truly looking for a good wings place in Battle Creek then hands down Time To Wing it in Urbandale - that is where you get amazing wings!!! Worth the drive to skip a slow, ok wing joint.

This is my last purchase at Wingstop, they have brought me some raw bonless and I was disgusted to eat them when in the order I specified well cooked now I have nausea.
This place went downhill so fast. I'm bummed cause it was so good at first and the last two or three times I went, it wasn't even edible.

I was the ONLY customer in the building and the guy was on his phone as I waited for 10 minutes to order, he finally noticed me picked his nose walking to take my order, DIDNT USE SOAP TO WASH HIS HANDS AND KEPT TOUCHING HIS FACE AND PHONE WHILE MAKING MY FOOD, VERY UNSANITARY

Ordered here first time ever trying wing stop, fries were ok, my wings were literally in a puddle of water, it took over 30 minutes to get my food and I would consider this inedible. I called them asking about a refund and they said even though I have my receipt I have to go back to the store to process it horrible customer service just look at these wings.
