Ordered here first time ever trying wing stop, fries were ok, my wings were literally in a puddle of water, it took over 30 minutes to get my food and I would consider this inedible. I called them asking about a refund and they said even though I have my receipt I have to go back to the store to process it horrible customer service just look at these wings.

Friendly staff, food was good and fresh, pretty average on price. Not a huge fan of Hawaiian flavor, but the Hickory barbecue was really good with the ranch. Fry’s were super good as well.

I have now tried this place twice. The food tastes good but they can never get the order right. First time no corn, second time no fries. I am about to give up which sucka because I have never had this issue with any other location.

Strong smell of oil!

Got the new Mexican street flavor on chicken strips, it was good, not quite elote but close. Strips were hot and fresh. Child got regular strips and they were hot and fresh. Ranch is made in house and very good, usually not a ranch fan. Honey mustard was good as well. The fries is where it falls flat for us, they were hot but were not crispy, also had a sweet taste to them. This was present on both the regular fries and the seasoned parm fries.
