First time at this location. Walked up & they we're throwing away pretzels. Ordered 2 pretzels. 1 plain, 1 cinnamon & sugar. I looked down at the pretzel she layed on the counter & it looked old. I asked for fresh pretzels. She said "they are" well.. they we're the hardest fresh pretzels I ever had

Expensive for gross pretzels. The frozen store kind are much better. If u buy a pretzel you should get a sauce with it. Water from the fountain is 53 cents too! Will not visit this place again!

A SMILE MAKES EVERYTHING TASTES SO MUCH BETTER: I had two of the rolled dogs and some cinnamon & brown sugar dough; certainly something to brag about because they were very tasty - - BUT THE BEST PART WAS THE SERVICE :) - - THANK YOU AUNTIE ANNIE :D

Every time I go to the mall, I would usually go to this place to purchase a pretzel of a cinnamon pretzel. This is one of my favorite places to go to when I'm a the mall, along with the Bay City 8. If I have a problem, it would be its pretzel wrapped hot dogs. When I ate it, I feet sick. It's a good place for a snack and a place I'll go to for more times in the future.
