5 weeks ago we went with our 87 year old grandma and it was our waitresses first day. We were a very large group and put her through the test. Her name is Taylor. She made a couple minor mistakes which is understanding cuz we're a very picky group. She did her best to make things right. Had her again Thursday and she has the MVP award in my book! My boyfriend and I went to Red Lobster in Bay City last week with two other couples and it was AMAZING!! Steak was cooked perfectly, service was impeccable!! Brian was our server and we never had to ask for refills, extra napkins or ANYTHING, for that matter! Red Lobster is my most favorite restaurant. And I’ve been hearing some negative comments about them so I took a trip to Bay City Michigan and decided to have a meal. It was perfection. The crab legs were crispy enough to crack with my hands. The lobster tail was very tender, still they are number one on my list.
